Milgrove is a brand of JSS Enterprises LLC ("Milgrove," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites and software tools, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your email address and login credentials on our behalf.
Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe, our merchant of record. Stripe collects and stores your payment details directly; we never receive or store your full card number.
Usage data. We use privacy-conscious product analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry) to understand how tools are used and to fix problems. This includes pages visited, features used, and technical error details.
Content you provide. Some tools process inputs you enter (for example, measurements or images) to produce a result. We describe how each tool handles your inputs on that tool's page.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and improve our tools, process purchases and refunds, respond to support requests, and keep our services secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with the vendors that run our service — including Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring) — and only as needed for them to perform their function.

Data retention

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting support@milgrove.com.
