These terms govern your use of the websites and software tools operated by Milgrove, a brand of JSS Enterprises LLC ("Milgrove," "we," "us"). By using our tools or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
We provide small, single-purpose software tools. We may update, improve, or discontinue a tool over time. We aim to give reasonable notice before retiring a paid tool.
Purchases are processed by Stripe, our merchant of record. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout where applicable.
We stand behind our tools. If a tool doesn't do what you expected, email support@milgrove.com and we'll make it right. Refund requests under $50 are honored promptly, no questions asked.
You agree not to misuse the tools — including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, resell access without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Our tools are provided "as is." Results (such as calculations, estimates, or visualizations) are provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for verifying results before acting on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milgrove's total liability for any claim relating to a tool is limited to the amount you paid for that tool.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
